Desk Creation
Use of a space in our offices in China, furnished with a desk, a chair and a fax/tel line. Condominial expenses and cleaning service are included; expenses for fax and telephone are excluded.

Secretariat Service
One person dedicated to 3-4 enterprises for general secretariat work, typewriting, personal computer, in/out telephone calls in our offices at Shanghai and Tianjin.

Space Rental / Use
o Business Center enables Agency for China partners to rent spaces through lease or right of user cession. The spaces available are: furnished offices of various measurements ( 34 square metres or multiple); warehouse / laboratories of various measurements according to partners requirements; Show Room on a total area of 1.400 square meters, booths of 2,5 m. x 3 m. with assistance for the clearance of samples addressed to Lombardy Building.
o Opportunity to use a conference/meeting room with assistance of our personnel; cleaning service. Assistance for the purchase of furniture and various equipment.
